Customer-specific terms, including service-level commitments, data processing, and HIPAA Business Associate provisions, are addressed in a separate agreement entered into at the time of purchase.

The Services, including all software, content, and trademarks, are owned by DentalEMR and protected by intellectual property laws.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Services are provided on an “as is” basis. Final disclaimers and limitations will be provided by counsel.
